Smells Like Money is an oral history documentary that I produced, shot and edited about the controversial pulp mill on Bellingham's waterfront.  It won a Silver Telly Award, and an Award of Excellence from the Videographer Awards. It is currently for sale at Village Books in Bellingham.

My personal blog where I'll post new videos, videography tips, and whatever else I decide is worth posting.

A blog about videos shot in, set in, or about Seattle.

I am a freelance video producer based in Seattle Washington, specializing in web-video and documentary production. When I tell people that I am a video producer, I always get the same response – What does that mean exactly?

Well in a general sense, the producer is the one who oversees all aspects of a production -- all the planning, logistics etc. But in my case more specifically, it means I do pretty much everything else too -- I usually serve as director, shooter & editor on my projects as well.

Basically, I am a one-man video production company.

I do sometimes partner with other freelancers or bring in a crew to assist me with larger projects, but I have found that staying independent, I am able to be more nimble and flexible in working with clients large and small.

If you are interested in working on a project please give me a shout via the contact page. I’d be happy to hear your ideas and see if we can get the ball rolling on your video!
